How much does venue styling cost?
Our wedding and event venue styling services are entirely bespoke, meaning every detail is tailored to your vision, venue, and theme.
Our full styling service for up to 60 guests typically ranges from £1,000 – £1,500, covering everything from ceremony décor—including a beautifully styled aisle, floral arrangements, chair styling, and a stunning backdrop—to wedding breakfast styling with elegant table décor, centrepieces, place settings, and candles.
If you only need certain elements, such as chair covers, table dressing, or a floral backdrop, we offer flexible hire options to suit your budget and requirements.
Whether you just need a few key decor pieces or want us to handle styling certain parts of your venue, we’ll work with you to bring your vision to life.

What areas do you cover?
We style wedding venues across Yorkshire and West Yorkshire, including Leeds, Bradford, Huddersfield, York, Harrogate, Wakefield and beyond.
If your venue is outside our core areas, we’re happy to travel and can adjust our quote accordingly to accommodate additional logistics.

How far in advance should I book a wedding venue stylist?
We recommend booking 6-12 months in advance to ensure every detail is perfectly planned. To get started, we offer a consultation where we’ll chat about your vision, preferred styling elements, and venue requirements.
We also work closely with wedding planners, florists, and venues across Bradford, Skipton, York, and Harrogate, collaborating seamlessly to bring your wedding to life.
